Click "Create an Account" in the navigation bar, then choose "Register your school". Enter your school details, then enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email to complete registration. After that you can sign in and manage your school's fees and payments.

We are onboarding our first 100 schools with a launch offer: your first full academic term is complimentary while places last, with no one-time activation fee. Schools that join after the launch cohort pay a one-time ₦50,000 school activation fee (guided onboarding and administrator training included), plus ₦2,000 per student per academic term. See Pricing page for details. Your school agreement may include other terms.

Online payments use Paystack (card, bank, and other channels supported by Paystack). Schools can also record manual payments in the dashboard (cash, bank transfer, cheque) for fees collected offline.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Online payments are processed by Paystack; SchoolHubNG does not collect or save card details at any point. Passwords are hashed and verification and reset links expire after a short time.

Yes. Students can sign in to a student portal to view fee statements, payment history, and make online payments (via Paystack). Parents have a separate portal and can view and pay fees for their linked children.

Support contact details (email and phone) are configured per deployment and are shown in the dashboard under Help & Support and on the main site. Use those to get help.

After signup you complete institution setup (add institutions and classes). You can then add fees and optionally bulk-import students via CSV. How long it takes depends on how much data you add.

On the sign-in page, use "Forgot password?" and enter your email. A reset link is sent to that email. The link expires after 10 minutes. You can also request a code to your phone if that option is available for your account type.

Payments made through Paystack are verified by the app as soon as Paystack confirms them. When the money reaches your bank account depends on Paystack's settlement schedule (often 1–3 business days). Manual payments you record are reflected immediately in the dashboard.

Yes. The app can generate PDF receipts for payments and PDF fee statements per student and term. You can view and export payment data by class, term, or date range. All transactions are stored for your records.

Parents register using the same email and phone number that are stored as the parent or guardian contact on their children's student records. The system automatically links those students to the new parent account; no separate code or student ID is required.

Yes. A super-admin can add other staff as admin or sub-admin and assign them to one institution or all institutions. What each role can do (e.g. add or edit students, fees, staff) is configurable in Configure Permissions.

Yes. You define academic sessions and terms (e.g. First Term, Second Term, Third Term) and attach fees to terms. Dashboards and reports can be filtered by term.

If your school joined under the launch offer, when your complimentary term ends, standard ongoing pricing (₦2,000 per student per academic term) applies unless your agreement says otherwise. New schools joining after the launch cohort follow the one-time activation fee and per-student pricing described on Pricing page. The app does not lock you out automatically based on subscription status—billing is handled with you directly. Your data stays in the system; you can export from the dashboard. See Pricing page or contact support for your situation.

Use the support email and phone shown in the dashboard under Help & Support, or on the main site footer. When reporting an issue, include your school name so support can assist with subdomain or school-specific problems.

Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Paystack processes card payments; SchoolHubNG does not collect or save card details at any point. Passwords are stored as hashes.

Yes. Use the bulk import feature: download the CSV template, fill in student details and class (class label must match an existing class), then upload. The system validates the file and shows errors before importing; you can fix and re-upload. AINs can be left blank to be auto-generated.

Online payments go through Paystack; Paystack charges processing fees on those transactions according to your Paystack agreement. SchoolHubNG’s platform fees are separate: where applicable, a one-time school activation fee and an ongoing per-student, per-term fee, as described on Pricing page—not a percentage taken inside the app on each parent payment.

Yes. You can create fees with custom names and amounts, assign them to a specific class or all classes, and link them to an academic term. Each fee can be marked as compulsory or optional.

Schools in our launch cohort (first 100) are not charged a separate one-time activation fee. Schools that join afterward pay a one-time ₦50,000 school activation fee, which includes guided onboarding and practical training for your administrators, in addition to the per-student, per-term platform fee. Full details are on Pricing page.
