SchoolHubNG uses Starter, Standard, and Premium subscription plans. Each plan includes a defined set of product features in the app (dashboards, fees, portals, grading, payments, and more). The list under each card matches what your school can use on that plan. Platform billing is a per-student, per-term rate according to the plan you choose.

Billing, launch offer, and agreements

  • Launch cohort (first 100 schools): Your first full academic term may be complimentary while places last, with no one-time activation fee — as described in our FAQ and your onboarding. After that term, ongoing use follows the per-student, per-term rate for the plan your school is on (see cards above).
  • After the launch cohort: New schools typically pay a one-time ₦50,000 school activation fee (guided onboarding and administrator training), then the per-student, per-term rate for their plan unless we publish a different offer.
  • What counts as a term: Billing aligns with the academic term structure you use in SchoolHubNG.
  • If anything here differs from your signed agreement, the agreement wins.
  • Campus gate (physical sign-in/out): Starter does not include this feature. Standard includes manual recording by school staff. Premium adds optional QR-based recording; schools on Premium can turn QR on or off in school settings while keeping manual sign-in/out.
  • SchoolHubNG CBT (computer-based testing) is a separate product, not bundled in these plans. Contact SchoolHubNG if you need CBT.
  • Optional add-ons (weekly assessments to parent/student portals, teacher weekly reports to admin) can be enabled per school when available; they are not included by default on Starter, Standard, or Premium.
